How Poišči si dom will work
Buyers don't just need more listings — they need a better overview. We are building a platform that supports the whole journey to a new home: from the first search to the decision after a viewing.
The planned buyer journey, step by step
Search with flexible filters
Search will offer precise filters by price, floor area, property type and location — the criteria you actually weigh when deciding, not just broad categories.
Understanding each property better
For every listing we want the key facts in one place: price per square metre, floor area, year of construction, energy efficiency and other details that today have to be hunted down across different sources.
Location and neighbourhood overview
Location often decides the purchase. We are preparing a neighbourhood overview — accessibility and the proximity of schools, shops and public transport — so you can judge a property in the context of everyday life.
Comparing several properties
Once you narrow the field to a few candidates, you will be able to put them side by side and compare them by the same criteria. Differences become obvious instead of hiding in listing copy.
Preparing for a viewing
Many questions only come up at the viewing — or after it. The platform will help you arrive prepared, with the key facts and the questions worth asking.
Checklists by property type
A house needs different checks than a flat or a plot of land. The planned checklists adapt to the property type so important points don't get overlooked.
Notes and impressions after viewings
After several viewings, impressions blur quickly. You will be able to keep notes on each property — what you saw, what bothered you and what you still want to verify.
Tracking the buying process
There are many steps between a first offer and a signed contract. We are building an overview of the buying process that shows clearly where you are and what comes next.
Where we are today
The platform is in active development. We are testing the core features in a closed beta with our first users, and the feature set is still growing — some of the capabilities described here are planned and not yet available.
If you would like to be among the first to try the platform, or simply to hear when it goes public, sign up for updates.
