Why it is being built
Anyone buying a property today gathers information in fragments: listings on several portals, maps, public records, personal notes, advice from friends. Important questions often surface only just before or during a viewing, and comparing properties remains a gut feeling rather than a decision based on data.
Buying a home is one of life's biggest decisions — and we believe it deserves better tools.
What we want to enable
Buyers don't just need more listings. They need a better overview. So we are building a platform that brings together in one place:
- comparable facts on every listing,
- a location and neighbourhood overview,
- side-by-side comparison by the same criteria,
- viewing preparation and notes afterwards,
- tracking of the whole buying process.
Built for the Slovenian market
We are developing the platform for the Slovenian market — with local data and Slovenian legislation in mind. Content is written in Slovenian first and is also available in English, German, Italian and Croatian.
