Is Moj nakup free?
Yes. Purchase tracking, notes, photos, checklists and reminders are free and require no payment details.
Can I track properties from other portals?
Yes, and that is the main point. Paste the link to a listing from any Slovenian portal and add the basic facts. The listing stays where it is; what you get is one view of all of them.
Who can see my notes and photos?
Only you. Agencies, sellers and other users cannot see which properties you track, or your notes. You can delete or export the data at any time.
How do you know whether a price is fair?
The price is shown next to the median of actual sale prices in the same municipality, from the GURS register and the national SURS index. These are registered contracts, not asking prices.
What happens when I complete a purchase?
The property moves to the "Completed" stage and stays in your overview with its notes, offers and costs. Nothing is deleted automatically.
