What it is grounded in

The assistant answers only from listings published on Poišči si dom. It does not browse the web and does not summarise other portals — if a property is not listed here, it will not be suggested.

Every suggestion is a link to a real listing you can open and check yourself. The assistant does not invent properties, prices or addresses.

What it understands

You can write the question the way you would say it to a person. Among other things, it understands:

  • property type, place and rough price — "three-room apartment in Ljubljana up to €250,000"
  • the features you would normally pick from filters — balcony, lift, parking, garden
  • descriptive requirements the filters do not cover — "bright apartment on a quiet street"
  • sale or rental combined with any of the above

What it does not do

The assistant is a search tool, not an adviser. It deliberately does none of the following:

  • it does not value a property — the valuation estimate and the comparison against municipal prices are there for that
  • it gives no legal or financial advice and replaces no notary, lawyer or bank
  • it does not vouch for the accuracy of a listing — that is published by the agency or owner; the assistant only finds it

Where this fits with everything else

The assistant is one route to a listing. If you prefer to search yourself there is filter-based search; once you have a few candidates you can compare them side by side; and once you choose one, you track it through the whole purchase.

Is the assistant free to use?

Yes. The assistant is free, as are search and comparison.

Does the assistant see listings from other portals?

No. It answers only from listings published on Poišči si dom. You can track a property from another portal in Moj nakup by pasting its link.

Can the assistant be wrong?

Yes. A language model can misread a question or suggest a listing that does not meet every requirement. That is why every suggestion is a link to the real listing — always check the details there.

What happens to my questions?

A question is used to find matching listings. We do not use it for advertising and do not sell it on; the details are in the privacy policy.

Why did the assistant find nothing?

Usually because no listing currently in the database meets all the conditions. Try fewer requirements, or save the search — we will email you when a matching listing appears.
