How do we estimate?
- Median price/m² in your municipality for the same property type over the last 12 months (source: public listings + GURS transactions).
- Energy class and year built adjust the estimate up or down — modern, energy-efficient units achieve higher prices.
- We return a range (from–to), not a single number — the sample is too small for a false-precision estimate.
The estimate is indicative and is not a substitute for an official appraisal by a court-sworn appraiser.
