For agencies
Listing properties? Plans differ on photos, featuring and tools for larger agencies (API, OpenImmo, statistics). The number of listings is not capped by the plan — publishing is billed on the ladder above.
What publishing costs
Publishing is billed separately from the package and identically on every plan. The first 5 active listings are included; after that a ladder applies, where each band prices only the listings that fall inside it.

The average is lowest at small volumes because the first 5 cost nothing; as that share shrinks the average rises, then the cheaper bands bring it down again. Amounts exclude VAT and apply to active listings during the billing period. The package price is separate and is charged per agent.

The plan price is per agent. The first agent is charged at full price, then a volume discount applies: agents 2–5 are 20% off, 6–15 are 30% off and 16 upwards are 40% off — each band applies only to the agents inside it. The free plan includes 2 agents.

The package price covers features and does not include publishing. Publishing is billed separately and identically on every plan — the ladder and worked examples are at the top of this page.
Your prices are fixed for 3 years. If we raise the price list later, you keep the prices you signed up at — both the package and listing publication — until that period ends. If you change plan in the meantime, you pay that plan's price as it stood when you signed up.
